Why I Chose to get my Real Estate License at 20

My real estate journey began four years ago, during one of the most unexpected global events—the pandemic. At the age of 20, while the world was in lockdown, I found myself reflecting on my future and how I could create a path that would lead to financial independence and personal fulfillment. Architecture had always fascinated me, and I’d always had a natural talent for sales, but I wanted more than just a typical 9-5 career. I wanted to build something sustainable and long-term.

It was during this time that I stumbled across podcasts and content on real estate investing. I quickly realized a compelling fact: real estate has created the most millionaires in history. That idea sparked my interest, and soon after, I decided to dive into the industry. I became a licensed real estate agent during the pandemic, fully committed to understanding the ins and outs of the business. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to learn valuable lessons that I’m eager to share with you through this blog.


The Purpose of This Blog

The purpose of Property Profits is simple: I want to help other young & Beginner investors alike build wealth and reach their goals through real estate, just as I’m doing. Real estate is not just for the wealthy or the well-established; it’s an incredible opportunity for people of all ages, especially those of us starting early. Through this blog, I hope to provide actionable insights, strategies, and real-life lessons to help you navigate the world of real estate investment with confidence.

In addition, I want this space to foster a community. I believe that connecting with like-minded investors—whether you’re just starting out or you’ve already got a few deals under your belt—is a powerful way to accelerate our success.
